Have online peeps in Injustice gotten any better? I really like the game but it got really boring constantly playing people who were total garbage.
Out of playing like 1.5k games Nightmare SF is the only dude I ran into that made me stop and go "wow that guy's really good."

I don't know exactly, but I'm pretty sure it's not very relevant at the moment. Console only doesn't help and neither do all the gameplay issues. Ultimate is getting an arcade release though so I guess it could get a little more popular but we'll see.

I've seen a couple, but there wasn't much interest in DOA5 in general, not just in Japan. Give it a month and we'll see what happens.

I know there's a scene on the east coast, but in other places, people need to get out and grow one if they enjoy the game.

I know the new game is getting an arcade release in Japan.
Playboy had a article on B5 and the first USA vs Japan though waaay back in 2001 pre-sbo. I remember reading it, it was actually really good. Didn't buy it for the porn. LOL.
On another note:
Anyone try DOA5: Core Fighters? I like the approach that Tecmo is taking, NOT splintering the userbase like Tekken Revolution. And making it free to try while connected to the full version of the game. Dunno if it'll get out of it's niche though, but that was a good look from Tecmo.
Still spectator lag, but netcode is legit. I remember DOA5 sucking online. From what I've played it's getting close to TTT2 netcode.
KOF13 latest beta improving a lot netcode wise too. Of course YMMV due to American internet lolz, but I've played 3 versions of the netcode build and it improves every time.

Also dunno if they fixed it since then but the game is fucking buried underneath a million menus; couldn't find it on the PSN Store portal and had to scroll past like ten seconds worth of DOA5 vanilla sexy costume DLC before I found it.
Yup, DLed it last night. I like how they approached this model compared to Tekken Revolution. And considering DoA wasn't the type of game I wanted to buy and invest time in, Core Fighters was a good way for me to get a taste of the game.
Hope more games try to do something similar to this model. For the games I'm only semi-interested in, paying just for the character I want to use isn't so bad.

This is also my feeling. Trolling is dumb no matter how you look at it. Trolling someone like DSP is really dumb because there's so little need to.
edit: Jesus, there's tonnes of these vids on YT. One man attracting so much vitrol for playing a video game and uploading the footage.
