Fighting Tournament Weekend: Defend The North, Wiz World Columbus, VSL Tekken, Smash

that online tourney was legit entertaining, and had an epic grand final

I really liked it and actually watched it over DTN. I really wanted to see how the players performed in a different environment considering a lot was still on the line. Did they have a bunch of their friends over coaching them and yelling instructions? Did Brent pass the stick to Chris T at any point? Just kidding but I guess part of the reason why I really enjoyed it is because it's more relatable to me since I'm nothing but a online player nowadays.

I hope I can get in on the next one. I don't expect to do well, but I just want to have fun being apart of a event like this.

That's it for this week.

Next week: VS Fighting in the UK(CPT ranking event), Online Tournament for Latin America region (CPT ranking event), and Online tournament for Asia region (CPT ranking event)

and whatever else I can find.

Seeing Alex literally 1 pixel away from winning a CPT event was heartbreaking.

People need to learn how to STOP TECHING. Sometimes quick rising will ge you killed.

BTW, I think there's a Topanga Charity Team Event next Wednesday...? Lots of big names.

Also, another IIsports SF5 event will be on Japanese TV I think (and streamed?)? Gotta check...

Rick Ortiz wins. All members of Team Evil Geniuses have won at least one ranking event this season.
