People want a Chrono Trigger remake? That game definitely does not need one. It's perfect just how it is.
It does need a port to Switch and consoles.
Well, for Chrono Trigger I did read that it would be interesting to have something similar to the later Dragon Quest games, with Akira Toriyama returning as designer, but really, in this case, most of people would like to have another Chrono game which is based around group of people who normally would never meet each other, being separated by different eras, or dimensions, planes of existence, etc...
