Interesting. Seems from the clipping Alex de large form a clockwork orange seems to have been one of his main influences.
If they ever do a biopic about Heath, they know who to cast.

I'm sure he means that the dedication he had was worth it. Not that he died. There's no connection between his dedication to the Joker role and his OD, is it?Well worth it. Heath Ledger stole the show.
yeah great little movieAs an aside, have fans seen his movie "Two Hands"? Not sure if it was ever out of Australia.
Really good movie.
False:
Give him dark contacts and dye his hair and he's Heath Ledger
Bullshit. He was a heroin addict beforehand. NOTHING good comes from being a heroin addict. His hardships helped cultivate The Joker. HEROIN killed him. Heroin cocktail if you want to be precise, but heroin is REALLY good at what it does. Death in life then death.wait, is the consensus he OD'd because he pushed himself too hard mentally while preparing for the role?
I didn't know his death was directly related...
Wait are you saying that it was worth him dying to give the performance?
>_>
they only look alike in that one photo dude...
So why do they call him the Joker?
I heard he wears make up.
Just Google image "Heath Ledger Joseph Gordon Levitt". They look alike.

"Are they f*ckin serious!?"
Is it just me or did TDK totally remove any supplement about Heath? Shame, I would've loved more insight.
As much as I enjoyed him playing the Joker, I will never, ever, EVER be able to scrub the awfulness that was A Knight's Tale from my mind. That's first and foremost what I will remember him for.
This is basically all I can think of with this film, but time has probably affected my memory http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vEVJ_48YgTg
(NSFW, clip from a BBC cartoon called Monkey Dust)
Yeah, it was deliberate.
Since it's been five years now, though, hopefully they'll open the vault on this stuff for the next trilogy set.
GAF's reading comprehension as a whole has plummeted to a scary degree. I blame the Xbone.Hey, I wasn't referring to his death. I was talking about his dedication to the role.
The commentary track on TDK in the upcoming super box set (in august?) will surely mention him.
Oh wow, a commentary track, by Nolan? Bale? :O
That's gonna be awesome to listen to.
you know what movie is better than it has any right to be? a knight's tale.
Heath was straight up the only good thing about TDK
