fucking amazing job thatgamecompany. went through it in one sitting, so so good. i really hope this sells well. keep making quality products, i'll keep buying them. really hope there's an expansion in the works (haha too soon?)

so one of the trophies is beyond all of the flowers is another window. do you think this opens up remixed versions of the levels or is it just a giant tease? and yes, best credits ever!

It's the easiest game EVAR and it's the coolest. Not since Rez have I been this impressed! It's fucking nice to see a game that actually is unique and utilizes the power of next gen technology.

So do I but Flower is absolutely incredible. You never feel like you're fighting the Sixaxis controls.

Just finished it a single sitting. Hate to repeat everyone else here, but, man, I'm in awe. I just can't convey how amazing that was. Exhilarating, uplifting, even terrifying- the game summons up so many emotions. This is a must play title and I'm sure it'll be somewhere high on my list at the end of the year, even if it is a little on the shallow side gameplay wise and quite short. It's been said many times, but it's the experience that is of value here, not one individual element.

This game is so incredibly relaxing, even as you're going for all of the flowers. It's not even challenging but it's strange. Without anything working against me to collect all the flowers it motivates me more for some reason.

Simply amazing, astounding, incredible! Not enough adjectives in the English language to fully describe this game.

I have been playing video games for about 25 years, since the Atari and never before have I seen a game that so fulfills videogames as art as this one. The colors, the atmosphere, the incredible connection from one area to another. The game is both incredibly relaxing while still not putting you to sleep. For $10.00 this game deserves to be purchased by everybody who has a PS3.

I enjoyed Fl0w but Thatgamecompany has simply outdone themselves with this game. Finally a developer has used the 6-axis to its potential. Allowing the use of it with ease, it simply fl0w's ;) Folks, for those of you on the fence, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do YOURSELF a favor and spend the cash on this game. It truly is a masterpiece!

Just my 2c

And, just to further agree with what has been said in here, Rez meets Team Ico is probably the best way to describe it for someone looking for a reference point. They share similar vibes at points, even down to
the last level being THE reason to play the game, as it is as well in the case of Rez.

Really, the single biggest positive XBLA has over PSN is the demo requirement. It sold me on Braid. I really want to try Flower, but IDK if I'd even like it enough to buy it.

And just like Rez, it's approximately 1 hour long! Though your mileage may vary.

Super Mario Bros. did that for me.

Is there any type of checklist or anything if I want to 100% a level? And must I re-do the entire level if I want to do that?

I only unlocked 1 trophy the first time through, and that was only on the first level. I think I'm missing over a bunch of stuff. Gonna replay again tonight

This game is absolutely incredible. It's just pleasant to play. With tons of new games coming out trying to emphasize intensity it's nice to have something come out that's just meant to let you unwind with. This was $10 well-spent.

what a wonderful game. it's the successful realization of ThatGameCompany's mission statement. i wasn't expecting anything nearly this good.

What kinda shiiii iiss thiiis... emmmmmmmmmm! So relaxing... so beautiful easily the best most enjoyable sixaxis game yet!

Just got back from my friends house. We played through it and took turns.
It was pretty damn amazing, especially the visuals. The controls felt a little too sensitive to me, but that may have just been my lack of experience with the Sixaxis. I actually have some mixed feelings about the path the game takes at the fifth area. Surely they could have chosen a more striking visual theme than just random
broken scaffolding
and don't even get me started on the game mechanic that area introduced. Not only did it not make sense, it was frustrating as hell.

The finale was absolutely fitting. There was nothing I would have changed. Flower is a great, but ultimately flawed game. A very important one people will be talking about years to come. The thought this game exists is much more fulfilling than playing the actual game.

I just need to ask. for the people who said "i feel so calm while playing" do you actually feel calm? or is this just "i read this game is supposed to calm me so thats how I feel"?

I would say focused. Very focused, but sans most tension that can come with games.

actually, i was quite tense when i was playing a few different sections. you'll see :)

Fantastic so far. I played through three stages, but I missed two hidden flowers on the second and third stage. The second stage is so goddamn wonderful. I felt like I could
paint
for hours, it was just so relaxing. I'm trying to take it easy and spread the experience out a bit instead of rushing through. So good so far though.

Edited for possible? spoiler.

I loved the game. It's short indeed but very replayable. And I definitely agree with the Rez comparison, I had the same kind of feeling playing this that I had with Rez.
Good job thatgamecompany !

I just have a question about the "dream" trophy, somebody knows what this is about ?

where is the last seed for the fourth flower?
I got the one behind the haystack and the one behind the broken wagon
that one under the lightpost... i think you have to fly through the lightgrass thing and spread it around that area. like there is sort of an outline under it and you have to make the whole thing light up

You have to get all the 3 secret flowers in each level.

which one?
I circed the one at the start, the one before you had to circle those little hill things, the one in the giant spiral and none of them brought out the blue flower.

I think it's the lone lamp post after the spiral thing, or the one after the one after that.
Shit I don't remember now. :lol
