Foods that are utilized during “creative” fad diets like the carnivore or liquid diets.
liquid diets:
Protein shakes
Flavored water
Protein water
Unless you have some sort of bariatric surgery, it doesn’t make sense to do that stuff because it takes too much discipline in a world that works against you in every way possible. You always cave since you didn’t grow up eating like that.
