Ouch...

Wasn't there a release date for his album -- November?

I still have an inkling of hope for it being good, but I find I can't listen to J. Cole these days actually.
September 27th I think. Same day as Radioactive and a whole bunch of other big releases too.

I like this new J. Cole track as a single more than work out. I still have hope for the album. Every interview he does, he promises that the album won't be pop. Cole wouldn't lie to me right?? RIGHT??

Cole's album is dropping the same day as KRIT and Yelawolf
and will get smashed by both in terms of quality.

cole should honestly try for a 'Look at me Now" type joint

Wow, 50 Cent is an illiterate fuck. Good thing he's got that hustle gene going for him.

Swap the following words and his twitter post will magically make sense.

Wait wait did he remaster it? I remember hearing the first cut or whatever he randomly released with no hype behind it and it was ridiculously disappointing
Word it's pretty dope, but still not taking much time away from this new Jay Rock.

Fiddy spelling right and using proper grammar would just make it seem like someone hacked his account and lead to confusion.

Actually, imo, it'd be less embarassing if he had simply used moronic twitter speak (ie - 'luv', 'ur', 'xcept', or whatever) if he wanted to save time typing.

But that's not what I have an issue with. He actually spelled out complete words... It's just that he used the wrong fucking ones... and that's just pathetic, seeing how he's a grown ass man.

That's all.

Yo $0.50, step yo homonym/homophone game up son!

I didn't know twitter posts were graded like term papers.

I didn't realize how low the standard was for acceptable basic english these days.

I boarded the plain and headed out west. Once we were in the heir, eye realized eye had forgotten my luggage at the check-in counter. No problem, I thought to myself,"aisle simply notify the flight attendant and she can arrange four them to be forwarded two my ants house, wear aisle be staying."

^If this bothers you in any way, you obviously need to stop grading it as a term paper!!

KRIZZLE ALL DAY EVERYDAY, PUT THAT ON MY SUB.
I'm actually most excited for new Yela, which surprises even myself.

Its a close battle between Yela and Krizzle for me, but Krizzle gets the upperhand because I played both K.R.I.T. Wuz here and Return of the 4er to death. Krizzle also has a ear for crazy sample beats.

Yeah. KRIT + Yela for me. While I do have high hopes for J. Cole, I think I lowered my expectations with time.

I have enough faith in Yela and Krit (Yela especially) right now to blind-buy an album from them day one. Cole...I would have to hear every track on the album first.

I never really listened to Black Hippy as a group before, but Section80 was dope and this Jay Rock album is strong as fuck halfway through.

Also, spotify is like the greatest thing I've experienced in some time, and I'm only on the free version. Really contemplating just going for the $9.99 package as I do most of mymusic listening through my phone.

So J.Cole is turning out to be a false prophet.

Time to go back to your bunkers folks. Nothing to see here.

Ironic since I recorded that laying in bed. I was gonna get up, but it doesn't take much effort to push the red button.

Edit: someone asked me to post the lyrics

It started wit
Fuck your opinion of my opinion
Though it ended wit a, Now what?
But Irish said get'em
You still suckin Yoda's dick? Please make it a quickie
I'll show you're wack and broke as shit
They'll make it a sticky
You never post anyway
Who gives a fuck what son say?
Tell Ace display his head as a warning for Wu Mondays
Ta protect your neck and redirect ya threats
You'll prolly never hear this
Since you rarely check the thread
Drive-by poster start sendin' shots at regs?
He Psycho, Loco, Must'a not cracked his meds
So take two of these bars, And call me when you're yawnin'
BOOM
Ninjas there in the mornin', To chloroform him
So pray we never meet, Cause you're a potential target
Like
Every drag queen Yoda meets, Pissed Flocka's on the market
This virgin's prolly happy that he touched ass
But ain't done the math
Why she got a Barry White voice
And mustache?
Mods jump in? Fuck that
Even Titans rockin mismatched plaid
Are afraid to clash, in this bloodbath
Fixed 2 be broken
Left to broken to be fixed
Even Humpty last breath Said
Gotdam who wrecked his shit?!
That's K.Jack the Experienced
Call him Ra the Experiment
You've come home to bombs
Lodged in your parent's lips
p-p-ps. This is the Special Olympics
Not cause you're boxin retards bitch
You've stepped on Olympus
Finished

Blu should change his name back to Blu. B is stupid and going to be confusing in light of lil b.

As for Longterm Mentality, it was alright, but i'm not a huge fan of dude's spoken word typa spit. Some good joints on there though.

Where do you place Setbacks?

Been bumping that shit regularly for the past few weeks. So consistent, is much more consistent with quality songs than Section80 IMO.

Oh I forgot about that, right on par with Section 80, slightly above Longterm Mentality.

Same. Setbacks is my favorite release from TDE. I enjoy Schoolboy Q the most out of that camp though, in general.

Millionaire Lyrics (Cost of Living):

Cost of living, 45-automatic-religion
Grab the blade or the hacksaw, split decision
Big Body car collisions, for a small commission
Mathematicians, learning body division
The shotty a leave you missing, and
Make my bank account different
Together we should bring down the system
This is no impossible mission
Silence all the stool pigeons
Revoke all of their false wisdom

Millionaires, millionaires, rich men get scared
We’re rethinking the meaning of fair
Geometrically cut you in two, you square
Consume the consumers, buyers beware
Stash yo body next to the tire, now you been spared
I’m dead serious, just check out my stare
Wrap yo face in saran wrap, make fresh air
This the revolt of the commoner all be prepared
This the battle cry of the follower, a murderous declare

You think it’s crazy to squeeze triggers for a couple of figures
While people swimming alongside boats with no flippers
I’m not trying to be old with grey whiskers
Before I get enough respect to be called mister
The world hard and full of pain like a blister
A family with bastard sons and sick sisters

So don’t see me surprised to see me uprise
Look into my eyes, and see no disguise
Cold laughs, and happy cries
Just a mad man telling true lies
Just a sad fan, trying to act wise
A soldier of the bum guys
Cuz when you get older the fun dies

And you begin to understand, why men launder contraband
The significance of the stuffed rubber band
The importance of a couple grand in this land
Kings with castles made of sand
Let’s demolish them until not one stands
Why be proud to be an American
When America doesn’t care about its citizens
I might as well move to Japan
Or get America respect the common man, the master plan

Edit: I got the Jesus remaster on iTunes, don't know about Amazon

Whoa Blu leveled up spitting with Asia.

I'd also like to ask why Planet Asia gets no love, even from West coast dudes.

Yo Highres, you going to be on Outland 2nite? The few times I've been there, motherfuckers were rocking every single k-pop record know to mankind. Anyway.....
