Revolution is in the word of everyone, and belive if I say that 80% of the people I meet is waiting absolutely excited for the Revolution, and those are people wich are dealing with the dev kits of the system.

Gaming magazines can't just make up stuff about the people they cover. Common law covers such things. Anyone familiar with the old Hustler parody ads and the ensuing legal fallout?

The most vocal proponent of journalistic integrity in gaming has directly linked to the scans and a complete-as-humanly-possible transcription of the GI article, from an article on their homepage. If you want to save yourself some eyestrain, you might want to check it out. I hope this isn't bannable, because I'm not linking and it comes from a mainstream, legit source.

Seems you do not know how works the revmote and some of it's posibilities. It's clear that revmote surpases any other 3D gaming interface in everyway, that's what developers with the dev kit says, and that's why hundred of developers has jump aboard.

You are right. Clearly no one knows how the revmote works except people working with it. And what do we have here but the fruits of their labor! And it's... a fps game. Which looks like it does most of the things a normal FPS does. In fact, aside from the sword fighting (which they didn't talk enough about) there's nothing going on here that couldn't be done with a gamepad.tanasten said:

The thing is that this game really sounds like it has some original ideas beyond it being for revolution. The forcing people to surrender rather than killing, and being rewarded for that is fantastic. This could really be an excellent game. One of my greatest concerns for this is the AI, it sounds like to pull these ideas off you will need very solid AI.
I for one can't wait to play this and am envious of those of you who get to go to E3.

Wow, I just missed the big hoopla.
To my undiscerning eyes, this looks great. I'm not a huge graphics tech whore so I don't really appreciate when something looks good due to the millions of what-have-yous, but it looks really good, and sounds killer. The Rev is going to complement my 360 absolutely beautifully.

I can't wait to play this. The gamelay mechanics are what excite might right now, not the graphics, which appear to be great in those small scans, but could be less than phenomenal in person. This definitely gives me a reason to pick up Game Informer though.

I haven't had a change to read the whole thread (i will soon) but i'd like to give me 2 cents.
First of all, I can confirm that this is an FPS game and not On-rails. Check the katana thread, i confirmed that was true too. It's so easy to get ubisoft/ea info in montreal
Secondly, most of guys are complete whiners. Fact is, NO ONE expected the Rev to pull off graphics like this. We all expected the graphics to be shitty but now that the graphics look better than some of the stuff we saw prior to X360's launch people are going apeshit insane and finding any possible way to downplay the graphics.
