"Yes It's true... This man has no dick..."....

Can't wait!

Fixed.

"He's looking right at me, Ray."

Feels weird that we're doing 1990s nostalgia already.

I wish they would make a Double Dare game or better yet, a Nick Arcade game so that I can play Toki all the damn time.

I'm still excited, I just want some hot hot footage. And the idle animation to be the I Ain't 'Fraid Of No Ghost dance. And a Ray Parker Jr. filter that outlines all polygons in neon.

And an unlockable Rayne character model.

IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK

I want a unlockable cheat that cell-shades the whole game to make it look like the Real Ghostbusters cartoon. I'd play the game twice for that.

More footage from a Euro site I've never heard of. Looks pretty good graphically, and seems they took the Luigi's Mansion mechanics of pulling the ghosts.

That video is pure awesome. I'm now psyched for this.

It's looks dead up like you're playing the movie. The animation is top notch. The ghost trap especially looks perfect. Also, the proton packs work like a gravity gun where you play tug of war with the ghosts to get them over the trap... exactly like how they were used in the movie! I love it.

It looks fucking good, and it looks like it is pretty far along.

I bet we get this game next holiday.

EDIT: I forgot we were still in this holiday season still. I meant Fall 2008.

was that the courtroom scene around halfway through the video? hell yes! my scoleri brothers invocation worked
I think that's the New York Library, actually. It's immediately followed by what must be the boss of that level, the ghostly librarian from the beginning of the movie.

The character models look a lot better than Stranglehold. Looks like this game actually has a budget behind it. Especially since the original actors are behind it.

They should probably call it Ghostbusters 3.

ah, yeah, rewatching i think you're right. i mistook the tables of the library for seats in a courtroom, at a glance

Hey thats some of the same footage/areas that was on display back in back in May.

It must been even more badass today:)

Graphics look good enough for me. Now just concentrate on the FUN.

Edit: After seeing those videos, i think a Wii and PS3 version would be ideal. If they had a Folklore-esque type gameplay where you reel in the ghosts by pulling the controller, it would be PERFECT.

Looks good enough for me hope they get Bill Muray on the project.

Yeah, everyone from the movie is in the game (except Sigourney Weaver and Rick Moranis).

Although, they haven't confirmed if William Atherton will be playing Walter Peck again. THIS IS VITAL. He was the ultimate 80's douchebag in this and Die Hard.

Wow looks awesome, a litle rough around the edges, but it shows serious potential. Sixaxis support on this will be welcomed Folklore style.

The Key Master is not in? Awww....

In this video, when it goes to the dining room area, the playable character totally looks like Rick Moranis. Too bad he's not taking part, I'm sure he could use the work at this point...

holy crapcakes

I just read this on ars this morning

More impressive is the fact that Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson, as well as many peripheral actors like Annie Potts, have all signed on to provide their voices and likeliness to the game. Better still, Akyroyd and Ramis will be writing the story for the game; the two penned the scripts for the original two movies.
