My kind of thread. It's a shame that you can't buy a lot of these, or they're far too expensive. I'll try to link to full albums on Youtube, or at least playlists of them; this won't be the case for all of them, but the rest of the tracks will be easy to find. Not an official soundtrack per se, but Austin Wintory's Journey Bonus Bundle contains some of his best and most beautiful work (flOw Etudes and flOw Meditations). It's a collection of songs and variations of songs from Journey and flOw. Best part is it's free. FLAC, 48khz and 24 bit as well.

And if you haven't, make sure you buy a lot of bundles from Humble and other sites. You get soundtracks for almost every game.

I'd get Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. It's available on iTunes for $20, which is a steal. It's 5.5 hours of music; 4 discs. The largest FF OST besides the MMOs if I'm not mistaken.

Death Game

Death Game is an amazing track. Instantly fell in love with it when I first heard it in the game.

Some great choices here guys. Never heard Blood Dragon's soundtrack before so I'm glad some of you posted it because it's awesome.

Ed Harrison's Neotokyo OST is a goddamn masterpiece that wasn't even used in the game (Half Life 2 mod).

Recent soundtracks that I think are great would include Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, FTL: Faster Than Light, and Hotline Miami.

And, I have to say that I'm a big fan of the music in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It's just perfect.

Ys Origin, Seven, and Ark of Napishtim are pretty good.
