I just sent invites and messages to everyone who PMd after adding them to my GAF circle. I don't have any direct feedback as to whether it's working or not, so if you do manage to get it, can you pop a comment on my wall or something so I know if I should keep bothering to do it?

I was able to get many people in with the share method but the last sets of people who PM'ed me were not able to get in. There might be a limit to how many people one of us can get in with this method, I know a couple people in this thread mentioned they couldn't get in with my invite but did fine with other invites.

I've added a few people but most have said they didn't get ther invites. Also, my invites haven't been disabled.

This is GREAT. It's actually quite intuitive, certainly a lot easier to get to grips with than Wave.

I've now added 23 folk from here to a circle named "MiniGAF". Continuing to add folk as they PM me. I *will* add everyone.

When you get in, look for my thread that I've added and comment on it - that means that everyone in my GAF circle can see your comment and add you to their own circles. We should get everyone by spreading the love that way.

Ultimately, I can't explain exactly why this is so great, but.... mind blown.

EDIT: Once again, thanks to Ryaaan14 - if it wasn't for his invite, I wouldn't have been able to invite an additional 20-something and counting GAFfers. I'd like to:

a) adopt him

and b) propose he gets a fast track to a member (even though it is nowhere near my place to say so)

Haha, sorry, seems like me setting my Google+ to Swedish means it gets set to that for people I invite too. I've changed it back to English now, but that obviously won't help you. But it shouldn't be too hard to find the setting.

Just go to the gear menu (upper right) > "Inställningar för Google+" > "Språk"

yeah I couldn't get in with my invite from ryan earlier, guess users have a certain limit to the amount of people they can let in, or something? :O

I got in with your invite. Can you explain the trick? You only need to add someone to a circle or you also need to share something?
