How to get in when exceeding capacity
1 - Get an invite
2 - Get someone who is already in to add you to their circle and send you a message
3 - You will get an email notifying you of this message, click the red link in that email and you bypass capacity and get straight in.
I am happy to continue doing this for whoever PMs me for as long as it continues to work. If you PMd me, I added you, so fingers crossed you get in

Hey thanks for sending that, but i'm having some trouble. Reading the other thread it says I should click "view or comment on" to register but when I click on it I keep getting 404wario said:
"The requested URL was not found on this server. Thats all we know."
I'm guessing sign up is down?

Just worked for me, thank you Wads - I really appreciate it.
It took a few attempts and said 'reached capacity' the first few times, but it eventually worked.

I got to the "Gil is sharing with you on Google+" page & clicked on "JOIN GOOGLE+" & I'm still getting the "exceeding capacity" message
