Hit down on the dpad for gestures. The sitdown one is "relax" but it changes depending on the costume.

Are you literally screenshotting the screen while having a photo up? All of the photos you take are saved to the PS4's Capture library at the proper size, so you can just copy them off to a USB device from there.
