In-game assets and models with post processing for the sake of the trailer. It'll be spruced up but still quite faithful to what the game will look like with the in-engine cutscenes.

We've gotten a campaign demo. And we'll get a gameplay trailer eventually. CGI trailers are a part of the standard industry hype train. I love'em when done right. Starry Night is still my favorite game teaser of all time.
