Has anyone been playing this?
Haydee is a game that was voted on and approved via Steam Greenlight. After a few months, it finally got finished and was put on the Steam Store where it came out a few days ago. It has since gotten a decent bit of attention and popularity.
Haydee is a 3rd person shooter that touts itself as a 3D metroidvania, sort of like games like Metroid Prime. Its like this in that the game is spaced out through rooms that create a sort of mazelike structure where you have to solve increasingly difficult puzzles while trying to deal with enemies that are extremely dangerous and could easily kill you. The game in general has a somewhat high difficulty, though this can be mitigated in its lower difficulty settings. The game takes visual design from Portal, however, as is probably the most obvious part of the game, the camera angle takes cues from early Tomb Raider games. The game features much gratuitous fanservice via its camera angles and physics (for example, the usual jiggle physics you might see in some fanservice games like Senran Kagura). Though in this case, you're playing a robot rather than an actual human.
In any case, I recently tried the demo for this, playing it on Hardcore difficulty, and found it to be really fun! (and also extremely difficult). Though I found that I got discouraged pretty quickly once the puzzles in the game started to pick up in difficulty, so I never got very far in the demo. There's also no checkpoints, so you actually have to find save areas or else you have to start back over. One thing I like about it is that the game has a bit more interactivity in some aspects that other games would do automatically. For example, if you jump at a ledge, you'll grab onto the ledge, and when you press the spacebar again, you'll start to climb but not climb all the way up, requiring an extra spacebar press to climb up all the way on a ledge. Its simple, but it makes the game feel as if the player has to do more. Otherwise though, the gameplay reminds me some of what I've played of Uncharted and/or Tomb Raider (general climbing challenges, etc.). I haven't gotten the full game yet, but it appears that its now a full fledged game and has had some improvements since its demo was first shown on its Greenlight page several months ago.
Anyways, has anyone played this? What do you guys think of it?

I'd make an OT for this but since I haven't gotten the full game yet I'm not sure I'm qualified. I'm also not sure if this game is popular enough to where it'd benefit from an OT. I'd also post screenshots but I'm not sure if or what could be posted that would be considered appropriate enough for this site. This game is not a porn game to be sure, but its not exactly lacking some level of sexual pandering.
