I think that's just a coincedence or maybe they based Robert's appearance off of his likeness like what they did with Ellie looking like Ellen Page, but the person who voices and does the mocap for Robert is Robin Atkin Downes who did the mocap for Tenzin in Uncharted 2 and also voices Travis Touchdown.
