Curious why Crimzon Clover's not on the list. Possibly because it was published by a French company?
Are all of these games Steamworks?
It would be better to see good visual novels do well.
That game is absolute trash and the translation is awful.
While i agree the vn itself is trash its a nice indication that there is a market for these kind of experiences within the Steam ecosystem. It kind of reminds me of the path jrpgs are taking on Steam, before your Tales of ends up in the platform you kind of need an Agarest to show there is interest.
Can you hide individual games on Steam on public profile?
I don't imagine it's statistically significant but I have to imagine some of the more racy titles might get hidden more often if that's the case.
I just made 210,299 friends.![]()
.was metal slug 3 in a humble bundle or something
also where at ffvii and viii
You can't hide games on your profile.
According to SteamDB, Tales of Zestiria might be coming though![]()
We're going to need Skies of Arcadia Legends and Valkyria Chronicles 2 & 3 on Steam at some point.
well, someone needs to get the Zero Escape games onto steam already. Hell, i'll take a dangaropapopo too, just stuff that's not so heavy on the fan service and with stories worth reading through.
I'll take the Ace Attorney games, too, but for whatever reason Capcom is really weird about how it handles those games.
Well to be fair, a lot of those numbers come from some pretty high discounts.
So you're saying you didn't buy the game yourself

Because it didn't have enough players to make the top 400. The cutoff was 24343.Curious why Crimzon Clover's not on the list. Possibly because it was published by a French company?
Rising's numbers are kind of astonishing given how this isn't exactly the healthiest genre in the world these days either.
Not really. Dark souls 2 only went on sale on steam once for any reasonable amount of time, most notably during the Christmas sale. Other than that, it really hasn't seen too many sales. I think it was also 50% off for a short amount of time once before that. It also was on discount for a few other websites, but those likely didn't account for many sales.

Meh. VNs as a genre shine much better on portables. Just work better to be able to carry them around and jump in and out of them as I need to, imo. VNs on PC have never been able to grab me in the same way.
Yeah, VC and most of those games basically old games without any advertising except from Steam pop-up and some articles. VC 2 and 3 really need to happen. To whom should I send my prayer to? Seeeeggaaaaa!!!!
They went through every profile ID and looked at their games owned.

You do know how PC gaming does in Japan, right?

Do we have the number of Steam copies of Dark Souls 1 ? I didn't find it in Ars' lsat year feature.
Was Sakura Spirit Japanese? I kind of assumed it was, but I don't know anything about Winged Cloud.

When the premium edition was released, for some reason the released date in the agarest page was changed to the premium edition release date.Agarest is a 2013 title.

1,368,606, though it had been quite a bit cheaper by the time this came out than Dark Souls 2 has gotten.
>Korra
>Western
I mean I guess it is Japanese developed since Platinum made it, but it's still a western property and was published by Activision
