Saw the trailer on saturday when i went to see creed, the content in the trailer seems to be mostly untouched with a lot of profanity and jokes you don't usually see in dubbed movies over here, i have no doubt they'll keep it mostly intact, i mean, they had no problems with Dr. Manhattan's dick in watchmen.

I read they spent more money marketing the movie then making it. Basically the hype got so much traction that they kept pouring in the $$$.
