Insane thread. I'm quite bewildered to see many agreeing with OP.
If you don't like a game, don't buy it and don't play it. It's so simple. No one is forcing you to buy it. If you don't like a game or a genre, there are many who do and enjoy and love.
More importantly, a video game is a product made by many people, and often these are contract jobs or remote requests which help a lot of talented artists, software engineers and similar in many poor or developing countries, They have to look after their families or old parents or just survive. Every major AA or AAA title or even indies buy/contract for art, assets and more.
Creating something is extremely hard and wishing for its destruction or even destroying is very quick and easy. Do you even realise that your favourite studio might just close down or file for insolvency due to failures? You will not get anything anymore.
Seriously unbelievably entitled opinion who is way too deep emotionally into video games or rather Playstation.
