I’d take a deep fried Oreo. That would soften up the cookie part. These are hard, so you have chunks of cookie broken over excessive amounts of cream. The ratio doesn’t work with the texture.

Can't believe nobody has brought up Oreo thins. It's the perfect cookie to cream ratio and is more like a biscuit you would find in Europe (for a more civilized pallette)
