I think he'll be super creepy, and he will likely take his mission too far. But I'm expecting flashbacks/dream visions of whoever the girl in the trailers is to ground the character and give him a reason for meddling in such a volatile world.
 
These spots need more Tom Hardy. He practically stole the entire trailer with that last line.

And also I don't like Leo, the only cast member on this film that makes me feel bummed out.

Wow. I was going to say those two points as well. I wish Leo is not the main character. Would rather see JGL taking that role. And yes, more Tom Hardy and Ken Watanabe in the trailer would be nice.
 
I think Inception fever is starting to spread. This happened to me yesterday:

Friend 1: What's the name of that movie by the Dark Knight's director?
Me: Inception.
Friend 2: I have to see that movie.
Friend 1: Yeah, it looks great. What's it about anyway?
Friend 2: Nobody knows. You won't even know after you've seen it.

Nolan: DiCaprio had to find the emotional truth to his character in Inception, which was the biggest challenge for Nolan while writing it.

Nolan: Most satisfied with the interrogation scene in TDK from a filmmaking stand point than almost any other scene he's shot.

Nolan: Seen Blade Runner hundreds of times, knows every little detail. Loves that he can find something new in it every time he revisits.

Nolan: Screened Pink Floyd's The Wall before shooting Inception. Was 'shocking' to everyone, they were all speechless after.

Nolan: Influenced by The Wall because of its non-linear storytelling. 'It's a very creepy film.'

Nolan: All he can offer is to make a film that as a filmmaker he really feels is the best film he can make (not what the fans online want).


Nolan: Diagrams the structure in his scripts, then just 'goes with the flow' on the story. Tries not to 'stop an idea before it's born,' then edits it down after he's got those ideas out.


Nolan: Did tests on Inception for 3D, but doesn't like dimness of it. Says we're going 'back worse than before,' lots of problems with 3D.

Nolan finds 3D fascinating on a technical level but alienating on an experiential level

Nolan: Starts with story rather than characters first. Obviously Batman is a bit diff. Defines a character through action, loves film noir.

Nolan: Finds it impossible to forget he's watching a film when he's watching 3D - another one of his complaints about it.

I dont find it unbelievable, even I know people who are like that for intentional reasons, they dont even drive and rather take the transit while making >200k ..

One email address, thats it. In today's age, I'd consider that as no email :P

He asked Nolan if he was amused when reading about his own casting on the Internet. Nolan got a look on his face and said that he doesn’t really look at the Internet and doesn’t even have an email or cell phone. He learned early on in the Begins process that it wasn’t a good idea to look at what the fans say. He did joke about the Cher rumor though and said the studio has called him and alluded to the fact they read those things.

LOL, I'm not buying that. Also internet peoples always hype shit to the extremes after test screenings.

Movie should be good, but Kubrick status my ass.

EDIT:Oh, Eric Vespe is from AICN? That explains the quote perfectly.

Apparently Cillian Murphy says this film is as complex as Memento. Hype up! Didn't really like Prestige too much, and although the Batman films are great (and I love that he brought the character back into the limelight after that travesty from Schumacher) I don't think he's made anything post-Memento that will be 'classic'-status.
