A new Shaolin Monks would be amazing. I liked MK9 with the exception that it still had that janky combat feel to it (albeit much improved over the previous games) and this will most likely be that with no blood. That said if it has Lobo...sold.

Found the trailer on youtube, so i finally saw it. The gameplay looks exactly like MK vs DC right down to some of the same sound effects. I'm willing to wait and see how this shapes up over time, but right now this looks like crap, sorry.

This is definitely a 2013 game and I'd bet on it being Q2 2013. I'd also bet that the next MK game will be a next-gen game.

I've been a big fan of DC books in the past but am meh on all the current stuff happening in the DCU. Plus, MK is my least favorite fighting game series in terms of mechanics and aesthetics.

Yet I'll still keep my eye on this. NR deserves props for turning things around with MK9 and really listening to the community, I hope they pull this one off.

This. Ed Boon really does w/e he can for the fans. Including the free alt kostumes in with the update patches for MK9 is a prime example of this.

This is injustice. It is the exact opposite of Marvel hype. It is UNHYPE. Ungodly.

I'm down. Really only the Flash's costume is bothering me since it doesn't look right for a speedster to have so much armor. Other than that you can tell they're trying to go with a movie style approach to the looks and I think it works. Definitely interested to see more.

EDIT: Also I'm betting there is a story reason for them all to be able to go toe to toe with each other. Considering they actually came up with a reason for the MK and DC universes to cross over I wouldn't put it past them.
