I feel like as a people it would be the best for everyone's confidence if we banned all forms of greeting except fist bumps or if you are at a distance a wave. Fist bumps are quick, clean, and don't really have a lot of planned trajectory that a person needs to calculate. Unlike handshakes no one says oh that was a weak fist bump, someone isn't going to grasp to early and only get fingers.
