During the scene where they're all eating pizza in the kitchen and Kevin pushes Buzz which causes all the chaos and the milk to spill on the counter. Kevin's dad wipes up the milk with the red napkins and throws them in the garbage, but accidentally grabs Kevin's ticket and tosses it at the same time. That's why the shot lingers for a second.
