During the TGS demo of MGS4, Kojima mentioned SSS is used for Snakes ears.....guess Mr. Robinson never saw that, perhaps...

SSS is kinda the answer to the super shiny plastic look. It makes skin look as though it has depth. It should be a mixture of SSS and natural lighting. Can't wait to see if some type of revised model of Snake (MGS) will use this technique.
