Officially confirmed in NA/UK. Dual wields crossbows, has a "spin kick" attack ala Link's spin attack. Name is OFFICIALLY Linkle.

Nintendo revealed the female Link, “Linkle” for Hyrule Warriors Legends during their Japanese Nintendo Direct presentation

Linkle fights using bow guns, and was shown doing some impressive rapidfire attacks. We’ll have the trailer up once it gets uploaded.
