Bulge alert!!!
This reveal reminded me of when Paulie Malignaggi was Little Mac in the Punch Out (Wii) TV commercial. He looked perfect on it. XD
I don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but it's the 30th anniversary of the Punch-Out!! series. The first game was released in arcades in February 1984.
I like that they gave him a unique sculpt to his face. Prevents him from looking like every other 20-to-30-something Caucasian male.Is it inappropriate to mention how attractive Mac is?
Cause he is.

You have my favorite group pic of all that have been compiled. Great job!Wallpaper! Posting here in case any of you that don't visit the main thread want it.
Glass Joe's official height is 5'10, and he already looks way taller than Mac.Surprised they actually made him "little," really wasn't expecting that.
So i want the whole game to look like that comic art style.

And my hype goes back down a bit, Mii does absolutely nothing for me and Pac Man ain't much better.
SMASH AIN'T NO JOKE

So..yeah uh, now I want this filter choice in the final game.
I've never played any Punchout. Not like Smash proportions are anything to go by.Glass Joe's official height is 5'10, and he already looks way taller than Mac.
How did smashgaf miss this?
That was great, but I don't know how I feel about that power meter that apparently gives you an instant KO attack (?) when charged.
My hopes of Jigglypuff and Ice Climbers returning grow dimmer with each character reveal.

He looks BADASS
That said, I didn't know he was charging it manually, I thought it was something that slowly charged automatically over time. If it's "stand still and charge for a long time", then it's not a problem whatsoever.
It's probably really easy to dodge and is situational and if it works like the games it will probably disappear or go down if he's hitNot really, though Ike's neutral B is by no means an instant KO on low to moderate damage and it doesn't really travel horizontally either. This one does both. That said, I didn't know he was charging it manually, I thought it was something that slowly charged automatically over time. I'm not really judging the game at the moment though. I've only seen one scene of it being used and don't know the overall feel and speed of the gameplay. It's just something I'm going to keep an eye out for.
