Yeah us Dorfers are scared though...Dorf isn't revealed yet. For that matter neither are the other 2 big players in my house which is Sheik and Capt. Falcon. Lots to fear out of those three not being around. I'll never stop playing Dorf. Especially if they tweak him and put him in again, but Lil Mac is the shit and I'm there.
Remember though..he has crap air mobility. He DESTROYS the ground game though and absolutely looks dominant and abusable, but his recovery game is looking harsh. Dont whif either...he has some long recovery on some of these tools. All safety notes aside I WILL DESTROY WITH THIS GUY. I dont air jive. I throwdown on the ground. He is built for me and my power rushdown stylings. Bring it on.
I'm pretty sure that Dorf will be back, if he didn't. I don't think people want to be around me for few minutes. Seriously, we got one of most villainous character, and do they think it's good idea to get rid of him. Hell NO. Captain Falcon was hinted to be in the game by Sakurai when he were talking about making people's moves feel more powerful like Falcon Punch.
Yeah, he have terrible air mobility and pretty bad double jump, but he's very beast on the ground. Everyone should watch out for people who maining Little Mac. I'm taking Little Mac under my consideration to main but I want to feel him and other newcomers first before I decide to add to my main characters list.
This is the first time I've been hyped for Smash Bros in a long long time. Such a great intro video, and I love his moves. Jumping over the projectile attack was so fluid.
It's always hard for me to see Little Mac in 3D (thought the same about Wii Punch-Out), but to be fair they did a good job keeping the look. I'd say he actually look more like the original NES sprite than Wii Punch-Out did.

If Dorf had projectile invulnerability and berzerker slash there would be NO ONE who would want to play me locally. Lil Mac is gonna be a blast for me. I tank so hard in Melee its ridiculous. Grab loops all day. Lil Mac is gonna make me some enemies.
Our biggest fear will be throws. Folks will aim to toss us off ledges pretty heavily since he can Berzerker slash around folks so well.
He was kind of a silly edition, given it takes away emphasis on Little Mac being a little champ - now we also have his Final Smash be another transformation.
If he was going to transform, it should of been
zero to hero, to be fair lil mac you see in smash and even by extension PO wii is a mac with hero status, he is a champion who been through hell and back and his body shows.
I've never played any of the Punch-Out games, or even cared to see Little Mac playable. But that trailer made me a believer! He looks like a beast of a fighter...
Oh god, oh god, im too hyped now. He looks amazing, and all what I hoped for with the moves.
Yeah, I knew that sadly his smash ball special would be giga mac, but I would have been a little happier if it had been him jogging with Doc on the bike.
At least I really hope Doc appears like the pokemon trainer shouting things on stages (and he isn't implemented fully yet that why he isn't shown), or in a corner of the punch out ring at least (love how they added all the decals to transform the ring from smash thing to the world circuit one, including the VGBA corners, you sneaky Sakurai). I also hope different Punch-Out!! boxers appear in the ring like pokemons in their stages to do an attack and get out.

They shouldn't have done this.
Because now I want this filter to become real.
It really reminds me of the orginal Smash Bros art.
If they put it in it'd be a great throwback

Dat super armor (you'll see it a lot in Little Mac's moveset). Has a lot of range and seems to be pretty powerful that Little Mac has a cool down period after the punch.
It is his Neutral Special which was mentioned in today's POTD comment.
And speaking of the POTD, Sakurai mentioned that Little Mac's neutral special changes into a OHKO move once the power meter is filled as shown here:
Maybe the Power Meter fills up as he is charging his neutral special, but there really wouldn't be a purpose to having a meter appear for it to signify that. And having super armor and being able to charge that at any time would seem too OP. It probably fills in over time.
One thing for sure is that it is a powerful move.
THE PUNCH IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD!
Like the Doc said, the punch is mightier than the sword. Now the weird thing is what is Mac doing to attack Link?
Here is that part slowed down a bit:
It seems he is using a maneuver for that punch. I think it may be the neutral special without charging it (the B button being tapped). Or it is his Side Smash. Who knows though lol.
There is a second move in the first GIF which is Mac's Up Special (recovery move). Also shown here:
Cokyuken! Seems to have some okay vertical range, but seems to have no horizontal movement at all.
COUNTER! AWW RIGHT!
Self-explanatory, it is Mac's counter. Most likely his Down Special.
Take that Samus.
TEAR THAT ARMOR UP, MAC!
Superman Punch go! Most likely his Side Special. It seems to make Little Mac do a little hop in the air when it is used on the ground. The move can probably be used as a recovery move for horizontal distance and will most likely operate like Falcon's Raptor Boost.
This is most likely his Up Smash, but it could also be an Up Tilt. All we know is that it is an uppercut.
ALRIGHT, SHAKE IT OFF SON!
Giga Mac is Little Mac's Final Smash. Probably just becomes much more powerful and heavier.
Little Mac >>>>>>>> Giga Mac.
DON'T FLINCH!
Dat super armor. Either his Side Smash or Side Tilt.
KEEP IT UP SON!
Look at his speed and dodges. They are insanely fast. It is crazy!
God damn. Keeps so low to the floor he dodges Mario's fireballs! That attack he does at the end is most likely his Dash Attack.
BODY BLOW!
Mac is doing Grab Attacks. Little Mac is so amazing he manages to keep Marth in the grab with BOXING GLOVES!
JAB JAB! HIT 'EM HARD!
Look at him go! All of those jabs. Probably his Neutral Attacks. The thing to note is that he does an uppercut right out of the jabs. Not sure how though, maybe that is how his jabs end off?
YOU AIN'T NO AIR FIGHTER, MAC! QUIT FOOLIN' AROUND UP THERE! SMASH AIN'T NO JOKE!
It seems to be either his Neutral Air attack or Forward Air attack. Like with any great fighter in Smash, they come with weaknesses. Doc said, Little Mac is no air fighter which means you'll want to try to keep the fight in the ground when you're playing as Little Mac.
WE WERE ALL WAITING FOR YOU KID!
And that's the analysis of Little Mac!
Thanks to:
People in the IRC pointing stuff out and helping me, too many to name. (And special thanks to Kyzon for the names of some moves lol).
SmithnCo, Native1080p, and scottnak for helping me with Doc quotes since I apparently have shit hearing.
And Doc Louis for being the greatest commentator ever.
