Naruto

Surprisingly a good flashback chapter. Plus it's always nice to see Minato.

Bleach

Seeing Ichigo get destroyed is awesome. These stripes do look stupid, but maybe they will grow on me.

TLR Darkness

Is he gonna put way more shit situations for the other series, while sexing them up a few notches almost to porn levels?...

...well, if it has more Momo....

Bleach

Finally the full power, now can we have the indentity of the misterious shinigami already?

Naruto

Surprise, flashbacks of boring characters are boring.

The ending of volume 5 of March comes in like a Lion was pretty great but, at the same time, kinda annoying, since who knows when volume 6 is going to get published, as it first needs to come out in Japan!

The Qwaser of Stigmata volume 9 was pretty badass, with Katja coming on the scene and bringing back some nice S&M action (she gets herself a new, temporary "slave"), but I want Mafuyu back already!

You are so lucky to be able to read Qwaser. Ugh, now I can only see the anime and hope it stays canon! Katja is my favorite, always.

Naruto

Another good chapter! this is going to hurt a lot once we get out of flashback mode and back to Madaras stupid plan. It's gunna suck if Killerbee dies honestly...but...I don't think he's going too. He's still too important to the plot.

Bleach

Ginjou trolling ichigo and ichigo being useless once again.

Bleach: A-

After having 3 straight chapters where pretty much nothing happened, this was a pretty great chapter. Ginjo was beating the shit out of Ichigo and pretty much acknowledged playing the part of "Oh let me push you into a corner until you release your powers". I don't see why anyone has a problem with the stripes, they look cool.

Is Ichigo going to continue training blindly or will Inoue heal him? I like the idea of him being blind...for now I guess, he can still see reiatsu. I still need to see the mystery Shinigami.

God the Naruto fandom is so fucking retarded. There is a 29 page thread on whether or not A was faster than Minato in base form without Hiraishin. Jesus Christ.

The most annoying thing, for me, is that this flashback interrupted a perfectly good fight between Naruto and the Raikage. And by the time we get back to the present, the Raikage will have been emotionally influenced by his flashback and will stop the fight.

Shonen fandom mainly comes down to shipping wars and power level discussions, not too surprising.

Basically. At least do this when it's not interrupting something cool. Now it's time for super talk no jutsu... *sigh*

Not going to read through that thread, but what do they mean by "base form?" Why is A allowed to use his lightning reflex chakra technique and not allow Minato to use his own technique?

According to them Base form Minato is using his "natural" speed with the Shunshin technique. According to them, Hiraishin doesn't count as part of his speed....which is dumb considering that A is using a jutsu to enhance his speed and it counts.

Just read the last 10 pages or so. You'll know the arguments. Both sides are fucking retards.

Oh shit, someone picked up Esprit. What a coincidence that I was complaining about a lack of releases just a few days ago. Maybe the person that picked it up is a gaffer/lurker. If so, thank you whoever you are. Probably a coincidence though.

Beelzebub 111 is out.

If you're having trouble resolving our new host, here are two tricks you can try.

Method 1
1. Close all browsers
2. Go to Command Prompt, type IPConfig /flushdns, then hit enter
3. Try again

Method 2
1. Edit your Hosts File using the method found here
2. At the bottom of the file, add these lines of text:
209.160.53.43 redhawkscans.com
209.160.53.43 www.redhawkscans.com
3. Save the updated Hosts file and try again

Method 2 is basically guaranteed to work.

Read the insanity. I'm sitting here laughing my fucking ass off. People seriously argue about this shit? It's a fucking manga! And not a very good one at that.

They're still arguing this shit? I saw literally the exact same threads 6 years ago when the Kakashi flashback was released.Power level discussions about his Flicker move compared to the speed we had seen up to that point.

But nothing is worse than the shipping wars arguments. Nothing.

You seriously thought the fight would go on?

I think it was obvious some Talk no jutsu would happen, but Naruto needed the person that can make it successful since the target wont have any of his words.

Yea shipping wars can be brutal (Avatar: the Last AirBender, School Rumble, etc)

this argument bullshit is the same everywhere you go, switch out naruto for any topic and its the same damn thing. People still argue over 360 vs PS3, its been six years and they still argue the same shit.

manga release wednesday feels so empty when there is no one piece. :(
Unfortunately the only series we have early raws for this week is Beelzebub. There was a major problem with the normal early provider which may or may not be long term.

looks like flushing my dns did the trick to my problems with the site. i'm on xp.

Method 1 is the best way to go and it will resolve it if it's a local problem. However, it's not always a local problem.

Method 2 is necessary if it's just your ISP that hasn't updated the DNS, like mine. The method also works for XP and Vista, by the way.

Very interesting bleach chapter but it still doesn't have the 'oh my god i can't wait for the next chapter' feel it use to have a LONG time ago. But it's good nonetheless

I think their reasoning is that since Hiraishin is a self-summoning technique that just instantly teleports him from one point to another, and not actual physical movement, it can't be considered part of his actual movement speed.

The Raiton no Yoroi is another technique, but it amplifies his reflexes to a point that his Shunshin, a physical movement technique, becomes ridiculously fast.

There's been some confusion about Minato and A's respective speeds since C explained the mechanics of the Raiton no Yoroi way back during the Kage Summit, with people wondering if it was due to Minato's Shunshin speed, or Hiraishin.

Bleach

Eh not to hard to see what was going to happen this chapter.

Naruto

Good Chapter.

Hitman

Sometimes this manga is good and I like it, other times the villain for the arc basically pulls a hack no justu and makes me want to stop reading no justu.

So I blew through the entirity of Doujin Work the other day. It's cute. Anybody can recommend more "We're otaku we're drawing doujinshi" kind of manga? Besides Bakuman and Genshiken I mean.

G Senjou Heaven's Door is pretty good. It's ridiculously dramatic to the point of being kind of silly, but it's short and very entertaining. Then there is I am a Hero, which is a amazingly realistic manga about what I assume are the trials that every aspiring mangaka must go through, or maybe not.

It's a relatively popular setting. Not a huge fan of it though, so I can't really recommend anything.

lol

Attack No.1 volume 1 was just as good as I expected, in spite of the age it has and an art style that's pretty dated (but still really clean).
The way the coach, Hongo, trains the girls is just the Japanese style training one would expect in manga/anime of old, harsh and violent (Hongo has no problem bombarding the girls with balls, making them run over and over and over and being a shouting asshole, resulting in some girls quitting the volleyball club), although it doesn't reach yet the eights of what I saw in Kyojin no Hoshi.
Kozue Ayuhara is an awesome, strong female lead who gives her all in pursuing a goal she sets her eyes on.
Probably the only mildly annoying thing regards the way certain "drama" points that, once resolved, get left behind really easily (like Kozue and Midori becoming friends way too easily after the initial fights), but I can forgive that.

Beelzebub 111:

As I said last chapter, I normally don't like body swap stories, but Beelzebub handled this so damn well this chapter.

Gantz 341:

Chapter was ok for the Nishi action, but the protagonist need something good to happen. The "future" for the world of Gantz is bad enough already, but at least make it look like the heroes have a chance to do something significant.

Didn't mind that Naruto chapt. Would have liked to see something a bit more substantial with Minato. But then again, don't want to see this flashback drag on.

Isn't there a manga called 'Anyone Can Draw Manga' or something like that... never read it, but I've heard it mentioned on here before.

Beelzebub

"I'd rather die than have a woman carry me"

Awesome, simply awesome.

It's called Even a Monkey Can Draw Manga and it's pretty amazing, but it's not exactly what he was asking for. There isn't a story it's mostly a parody of a how to draw manga books.

Beelzebub

I have come to realize that Beelzebub is the best shounen manga when it comes to having non battle chapters. None of them felt boring or pointless, just entertaining to read.

Cavalier of the Abyss

This is a pretty weird way to continue Immortal Regis. We get about 20 or so chapters far into the future from the end of IR, and then we get a long flashback arc that pretty much continues where we left off at the end of the series.

The flashback is lame, because the main dude's bro fetish is stupid. All the alternate world/Best Korea stuff is just really really dumb and it broke up that nice fantasy setting they had going.

That said he gets props for actually boning his love interest.

eh its probably just Rukia. Not like thats a bad thing though.

I know it's probably Rukia, and that would be nice, because she's one of the few likables females in this manga, but the fact Kubo is teasing such obvious thing for so many chapters is tiring.
