I'm expecting RDR to do a bit better than that. It's been at the top of the rental charts, featured at EB & Gamestop and the list it as one of their top sellers above Riddick & FSW if that means anything.
The lack of mention of Red Dead was a bit surprising, yes - it's had a big marketing push, and the Rockstar name still means something.
EDIT: NPD seems to be shaping this year as even more lopsided than last year, with big big titles being released in the later half, and no big titles like Wind Waker and Enter the Matrix for the first half.
This holiday season is going to be a bloodbath.

actually, this is a Wedbush Morgan "preview" that estimates NPD numbers (which are in itself estimates using 60% of the market), and WM has been very wrong in the past...
Red Dead Revolver is probably closer to 250,000 than 100,000...
MVP Baseball was estimated at 250,000 or something like that, but the real sales were something like 550,000, very different from the Morgan estimates, so some of this could be off...
that said, they were dead on Manhunt's low sales...
