I've been playing Men of war: assault squad 2 game lately, and I personally think this game is one of the best RTS games ever. The level of destruction where a pieces of a destroyed building can provide cover or the micro management of your units...

Only negatives are the shittyness of the vehicle movement and sometimes AI being dumb, but most of this can be overcome by taking direct control of the vehicle / unit. And some missions get repetitive, but you got mods for that.

Yes, multiple even. For pretty much each faction (Germany, Allies, Japan, Soviets, ...) Some missions though are pretty repetitive because they end up in 'take every point on the map to win'.
