Just took an edible and planning on listening to music the rest of the day. Going to put on some vinyl this evening. I bought Radiohead's In Rainbows and am really looking forward to hearing that on my record player. I've got 2 King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard albums to spin as well. I have been taking a break from that. I just saw a new pic of my ex-gf go up on her sister's fb and I spent a few minutes staring at it thinking what a cute little freckle she has on her nose. I must legitimately have a mental illness.

You're not mentally ill because of that. Breakups are tough, especially if you were together a long time. My wife and I have been together roughly 10 years and I still think about my exes from time to time. If you had a strong connection with someone, that stays with you. Just don't let it dominate your thoughts. Get into meditation to help the mind out.
It's good to focus on improving the things you can control. Workout, eat right, get hobbies that are positive for your wellbeing. If you're out socializing, you will meet new people naturally. Surely one or more of them will be chicks and eventually, one of them will be single. People gravitate toward others who are positive. You've got a good sense of humor man. I imagine you probably don't need advice on flirting with chicks.
And hell, if you're not interested in dating at all, working out and eating right make your brain much happier in general.
All that said, PM the pic of your ex and I'll give you my thoughts on whether or not you should be pining over her.
