This is what I think we're making fun of here. Not that they cut-and-replaced the black guy for a country that has virtually no black people (that's lazy marketing, but it's not nefarious), but that they didn't even bother to change the color of the guy's hand. I used to do graphic marketing for commercial real estate. I once made a flyer for a liquor store property, and the picture my boss took had a cop car in front of the store. I said it probably wasn't the best image to put forward of the location, but he didn't want to go back and retake it (I even had to zoom and crop out the car door he took the picture through). So I ended up erasing the car, but I left in a parking sign with no post and a pair of feet with no body, just as a goof.
