We can only dream. Fall 2016?Everyone keeps saying they can't see this being on Wii U, but I feel the opposite. I feel like it's totally and undeniably a Wii U title.
Amazed at how good that shot still looks. It kind of makes me want Pikmin 4 to lean a bit more to the Chibi-Robo side and make our little pikmin friends interact with more human locations. A backyard and human home. Not sure how you'd handle rockets in a kitchen or fridge, but I'm sure they could make it work if they wanted to.Just make the ground Pizza. Problem solved.

Makes sense, Miyamoto did express interest in bringing Pikmin to handhelds. With the NX Platform, you can do that & give the NX Console a Pikmin game on Day 1.I would rather they hold onto it for the NX.
They're likely reevaluating their strategy for Nintendo Directs. They'll be back, just not for a while. What
Where are the Nintendo Directs? =(

Miyamoto's part CEO now, so he can basically say whatever he wants now.
Reminds me of the way Pikmin 3 was casually confirmed at an E3 roundtable. I think in response to a question by Chris Remo, actually.
It's nice to hear that it's not just in development but also "close to complete" though. Not another five years of waiting after the initial confirmation!
Just say it flew through a window. That was one of the biggest draws of 2, even though the toy box dungeons and stuff weren't handled perfectly.Amazed at how good that shot still looks. What? It's not like they dropped a trailer or a press release, he just said that it's happening.Nintendo Directs are truly dead
fuck
We're getting a new metroid on 3DS!Does Pikmin sell? Like... more than a Metroid would? It seems extremely niche yet they still keep making them.
They weren't announcing the game, it seems obvious to me Miyamoto wasn't supposed to spill the beans on it.Seems like a poor way of announcing the game, but I'm excited nonetheless. I still haven't opened Pikmin 3 yet as I'm working through some other games.
The 3DS overall is almost dead. At best, you should hope for an NX Handheld release.Just imagine if it's a New 3DS exclusive.![]()

How?Oh i've known they've been making 4 since earlier this year, glad there's an update on development.
Eh, they said this about Zelda in 2013. I will believe them when I see it.
