My friend just got his 360 banned, presumably for downloading Rayman Legends.

...But they don't. I was wondering if somebody could ask them specifically if taking advantage of the Oman thing would get them a console ban. As of yet nobody has done that.

They already ban people for playing legit copies of games early on a service you pay for.
That alone made me get rid of my 360. I got banned for buying and playing Halo 4 early, yeah they cleared it up after a week and i have no interest in supporting a company that will ban me for playing a legit copy. Friend got perm-banned because he couldn't show a receipt for a game he bought.
It's a fucking stupid model they got going on. When did having the UPC/box/game disc stop being enough proof? Now i gotta start putting every game receipt in a box just in case they decide to ban me? bullshit /rant

ya the funny thing is people just googled his gaf username and uncovered all this evidence that he was pirating games. when confronted with this he said he was just trying them out before buying and that he still did not deserve to lose the games he paid for legitimately
