Kirino end?The anime and LN are pretty rubbish, but the PSP games weren't bad. If the PS3 title is like the PSP games I will buy it. Also there is no incest not even in the games.
Not blood related, but still...

It won't, unless season 2 is not based on the light novels. At least with the games you can pursue a girl and not have to deal with the harem crap. In the show/books it's just nonstop harem drama stuff.I thought the series was initially about how their brother-sister relationship improving but it seems the games and even the light novel have now made it into a harem. I mean the initial concept is not something you see in anime often, (non-romantically), but now its becoming like your average harem series: got your tsundere, yandere, childhood friend and loli. Hope season 2 redeems itself.
Well, there is that, but it's not really the same. She did also have that kind of friendship end though with the protagonist which I thought was well done.Kirino end?Not blood related, but still...
Otaku culture. It's not like this is mainstream stuff over there. Plenty of people in Japan look down upon it too.it still just serves to remind me how little I understand of Japanese culture.
That's mainly because it is a direct translation. The name doesn't sound as bad or imply the same things necessarily as it does translated into English.I mean, the name alone boggles my mind. Can you imagine how well a name like that would go down in America, or Europe, or basically anywhere outside of Japan?
Even if this game is entirely innocent and contains no questionable content at all, it still just serves to remind me how little I understand of Japanese culture.

Just to be clear, the anime had no incest or even hint of incest. I was planning to drop it as soon as it would see some but I never did. I don't think the original novels went with that route either. No clue about the games though, they can be weird I guess.
Had you continued to read, it isn't at all.Thought the title of whatever this game is sounded all anime pedo. Went to wiki and, yeah. Sounds anime pedo.
Typical anime fanservice is hardly incest. I've accidentally had embarrassing situations with my sister, that doesn't mean it was incest.Bullshit.

The show is a lot more innocent and wholesome than it sounds and is about sibling bonding, not incest.

Otaku culture is scary sometimes.Funny enough the show is partly about people looking down on people if they are involved in the said culture, even if they are completely opposite of the usual stereotypes.

Actually...Typical anime fanservice isn't a guy groping his younger sister
What? No the point is for the viewer to see her underwear, not to imagine the dude forcing himself on his sister...Look at her face, the placement of her arms, the fact that we can see her underwear. The point is to make us imagine that the mc is pushing down and groping his sister to have sex with her.
Have you even watched the series? He doesn't have romantic feelings for his sister. Heck eventually (spoilers from light novel)You cannot ignore the specific placement of this scene and others like it in a show about a girl who likes incest games, where the main title references the feelings he has for his sister, and the general relationship is almost romantic.

Typical anime fanservice isn't a guy groping his younger sister in a show with heavy incestuous undertones.

Falling down boob grab trope, implies that the MC and FC are going the insect route... how exactly? Let's not make the original show more perverted than what it really is.
Is this game for young girls? I'll buy it for my sister.

I've never heard of this. I am slightly disturbed by the title.

Look at the placement of her legs. The entire point is that it looks like he's about to sleep with his own sister.
A quick look at summaries for the games show that they have routes where he and his SISTER become a couple. So the show actively encourages the idea.
If it's like the anime, not really. I'm sure there's an incest route though.
Theres nothing disturbing about this anime (for now)....

They're not even related by blood. She/or he was adopted so it's not incest in any sense of the word.
14 year old girl obsessed with porn games revolving around brother-sister relationships = Totally not disturbing

Well, now that someone's said it, I have to post the Genshiken quote.I am guessing the people who are fans the above relationship (incest) do not have a younger sister or older brother in real life.
