Seriouslly man, you have some issues you need to take care off. And know what's sad? N3 is crappy....but still better than Dw....wich is a testament to how crappy DW is. Because it IS really crappy.
Dragons fly through the skies, bombarding those below in flames, armies storm down hills in the hundreds, and archers launch so many arrows that at times it almost feels like being in the rain.
sp0rsk said:edit: if you honestly think N3 is better than DW any version then please shoot yourself in the face righ tnow.

:lol Is there anyone here who has actually PLAYED N3 that thinks otherwise? It seems to be another case of blind fanboyism refusing to let people believe this game isn't all that.
The smart thing to do would be to sell the game off now and buy it back later once it sees a massive price drop, but for some reason, I'm going to keep it. What's wrong with me?

Sengoku Musou 2 is coming out for 360 now too... it's listed in Famitsu this week.Lyte Edge said:I'm telling you guys, screw DW5 Empires, go for Sengoku Musou 2.
Nearly every DW review reads like they played the game for an hour and decided it was just like the rest anyway, so why not just write a review saying it's just like the rest? Any DW fan that's put real time into the game can tell right away that they have no idea what they're talking about. The Experiment said:The day I let 1up do my thinking for me is the day icicles will be hanging off of the Devil's nose.
I'm just curious how many people actually played the Dynasty Warrior games they review. Funny that whenever I play them, the reviewers always seem to miss out on a bunch of features.
Aaron said:The only really boneheaded thing about DW5E is Normal (which most people are going to choose by default) is too easy, when the entire game is really set up to be played on Chaos. On normal you can just bash the attack button and ignore just about every feature of the Empires side of things, and still win. Chaos makes you use actual strategy.
Thanks. I've been lurking for a while... because that's how long it took for the mods to approve my account. *rimshot*jiji said:Nice to see you around, Ammadeau.
Yeah, skip hard. I played through it and while it was a little more difficult, it still wasn't much of a challenge in the end. I seemed to get too powerful too soon and the other nations couldn't really match me. Chaos is pure viciousness though, and took me a while just to get my little kingdom up to a decent size while playing the other three major powers against each other. I let Sun Ce get a bit too big near the beginning and spent so long making up for that mistake.DW4E was sort of like this on normal, though it was still harder than 5E's Normal. I didn't really have to get my fingers into 4E's strategy until I played it on hard. All the strategy I've been using in my co-op game of 5E has just made it that much more ridiculously easy. I'm looking forward to skipping straight to Chaos after finishing this run through.
Apparently to be announced at E3. All signs point to summer though.Has there been any word on a US release for Sengoku Musou 2? I'm sure it'll come, but I don't think Koei USA haven't said a peep yet. Hopefully they'll preserve the dual language options like what SW1 had.

After the enjoyment of Myifee and Dwingvatt...
At least I actually finished one of Tyurru's missions - the second mission I got near the end and got ripped to shreds by the gang of orcs. Those spikes on the ground don't help a great deal.
As for Klarrann - first mission, escort helpless villagers out of the goblin invasion. I get to the villagers and they're dead. Mission failed. Good night, Xbox.
Yeah, that's really annoying. I had a very amusing glitch yesterday while doing a video of Asphaar's second level. At the end when Inphyy is running somewhere during the big boss fight, I saw Asphaar's character model zip through the field (all during the cutscene) at like 100 miles per hour. When I went back to gameplay, I was at the other side of the battlefield. Weird.sp0rsk said:i hate when items go behind invisible walls and i hate how you cant walk through the dead body of a giant troll. especially when its the boss of hte stage and he drops a nice item.
Jonnyram said:Wow, the last character is so much fun... and bizarrely brings some kind of sanity to the story. Everything's coming together just in time for the final mission. But it's insanely hard... you get your ass kicked so quickly by regular enemies.
Jonnyram said:How did you play as Tyurru and the others if you couldn't unlock Aspharr's last mission?
You get the hidden char after you beat both Tyurru and Klarrann, by the way. Or maybe you have to beat the game as everyone... Inphyy's last mission doesn't open up until you beat the game with the last char though.
Whoa whoa whoa... slow down.sp0rsk said:i have no idea because i have unlocked all the achievements for clear game with x character. yet i have no unlock. i didnt even know aspharr had an extra mission until today haha. ive beaten all the stages i can see and ive gotten the good and bad aspharr endings, wtf is wrong?
Jonnyram said:Whoa whoa whoa... slow down.
There is no extra aspharr mission. Themission is Inphyy only. As for good/bad endings, I didn't even know there were two endings for him. What's the deal with this? I know there's two routes, but I don't think that affects anything storywise.other world
The hidden character should appear when you beat Tyurru and Klarrann and it has nothing to do with Aspharr at all. If you're saving all your chars in separate save slots, there shouldn't be an issue. Or are you saving them in the same slot?
Oh... what are they? I only saw the one wheresp0rsk said:yeah theres a good and a bad ending with aspharr, as to how it impacts the storyline i have no idea.
Yeah, that seems to be the message that MS's FAQ is sending out. It sounds like a pretty retarded bug though. After the credits, did you just turn off your machine? I always unlock the char data from the gallery, so maybe that helped me out with a quick state save or something.I guess i should just beat it with klarrann again and wait through the credits...

theres one where aspharrkeeps inphyy from killing dickfario and she gets enveloped in a white light instead of a black light from her original ending
i usually just skip the credits by pressing start haha.
Blimblim said:I just finished Inphyy's campaign and I'm at the last level with Asphaar. This last level is really annoying. I managed to finish it with Inphyy because I got a level up right at the end before the boss fight, and so had a full health level. I still barely got him.
Watching the credits, I noticed that all the CG videos were done in Japan, except the character openings that were done in Korea. The difference in quality is really big, especially the Inphyy opening movie were the walking animation is *horrible*.
Just saw it. Hahaha I've got to make a video of this (it was planned anyway )sp0rsk said:wait till you see myifees(ill never learn how to spell these retarded names) magical crazy hair

i hate this game.
They fight back... most of the minions are pretty much cannon fodder if you are the right level, but you still generally don't want to go plunging into the middle of a pack unless you have a death wish. Stronger enemies can be difficult though, especially bosses, but there are some non-bosses with special armour, and some with projectile attacks that can be a pain in the ass.gfdoom said:do the eneimes in this game actually fight back at you or are they just cannon fodder that will occasionally swing at you every now and then?

Last I checked, it is partly his game; not Microsoft's. If it sucks, he shares some of the blame. Plus, I will bet that Lumines Live will float him some cash.
