So I actually have a question about that. First time through Thanksgiving steam sale here, are the deals usually as good as the winter sale? I want Shadow of Mordor on PC if it goes on during the sale but is there a chance it'll be lower during winter sale?

Think Gamestop's Black Friday ad listed some multipack where you get $50 of credit for $45. Really the only deal I've seen.

Yes the deals are usually comparable, what's on sale is TBD of course

As far as things being cheaper in the Winter Sale, it all depends. Waiting later always helps, but if you want a game, remember the golden rule.

Cheapest place is Walmart. $150 for a special edition NSMB2 3DS XL bundle available in store on Black Friday, (online on?) Cyber Monday, and at Sams Club on BF.

Every other store will have a Blue 3DS XL bundled with Mario Party Island Tour for $175 - $179. You can click the DS tab on the spreadsheet to see which stores are carrying it.
