Xbox SS come to daddy... you all leave my Xbox ass alone!
I don't think its happening. it's just a masterfully planned homageI think for the first time in 19 years of the MS-SEGA rumors, I'm bracing myself for the possiblity of it being halfway true. I really, really, hope it's not though. TGS following so closely behind Bethesda-gate, Xbox going first at TGS, and HFX stating the news isn't over, yeah... I'm cautious to say the least.
Bots did their jobAMAZON is long gone. Sold out.
Fun fact:
Xbox is not very popular in Germany.

O not only in Germany...in all of Europe
Hopefully it will sell well so I can offset some of the cost of my PS5/accessories/games!
Well... I think you can be calm about it.And when you're trying to fill Gamepass it won't be. Bethesda fits Microsoft's future plans. We are not going to get ultra high quality Sony style games on a subscription service. That's why I'm hoping consumers continue to support Sony's way of doing things. If we go to an all subscription model, I will likely lose interest in gaming.

that being said, I'd love a new OutRun

When your games are so expensive (€80!), your diehard fans take to scalping to try and offset the cost.
I don't think its happening. Probably they will present the joypad in the upcoming show as a token of love for SEGAHold you horses... aren't you little extreme on this one?
They need to acquire Bluepoint. Seriously.Sony is usually on a "lets buy this small but talent study, give them money and make It grow big" aproach wich is more legit imo
You could scalp it then.
Bethesda, used to have great games, they still have some good games. Yet Sony goes for another approach.

What a dick
Ouch. So if you want to charge 2 controllers you need to fork out more money.

Serious question as I don't live in the US.
Do you pay the full price for the preorder? If not, wouldn't paying for it in advance solve the scalping issue?
I knew Xbox was a FUD by itself. When Japanese people use their arms to make a big X across their chest, that’s the gesture for wrong, or not allowed. The Japanese word for this gesture is “dame” (だめ), which means “no” or “not allowed”. If you’re answering a question and the answer is wrong, this gesture can be used as well, along with the word “batsu” (ばつ), which means “incorrect” or “false”. There’s also an emoji of a woman doing this gesture on iPhone!

Lol, geez guys, settle down! I snagged it for my nephew!

"Xbox bought Avalanche studio"
According to a current report from Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, release on November 10, 2020, will not only run in 4K on the PS5, but also with 60 frames. And full 4K resolution, as you emphasize, which you can expect. The days of checkerboard 4K should be over for now. Although, there is always a balance between resolution, frames, how nice the game is and how stupid - or not even stupid - the AI. Based on what has been played, the AI seems to be on the usual level and even if Valhalla is optically a small jump to the predecessor Origins in places, there should still be enough of the new console power left to be able to present everything here in 4K60. Meanwhile, every TV buyer in recent years has a 4K TV.
Assassin's Creed is said to draw further advantages on the PS5 from the fast SSD technology to shorten loading times and the Tempest Engine for better sound. So no big surprises, it would be bad if not.

But wouldn't it prevent the bot scenario at least? That's my point. The question is do they care to fight scalpers if they are getting the money anyway?
They should because they will get returns on these series x attempts. This is not the PS5 xbox gamers will be patient. The question is do they care to fight scalpers if they are getting the money anyway?
I expect it to be 60FPS on PS5... but this article is claiming Ubisoft reported that without linking to anything...According to a current report from Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, release on November 10, 2020, will not only run in 4K on the PS5, but also with 60 frames. Not surprised but thought it was worth sharing, didn't NX Gamer say something similar yesterday?
Exactly! I just wrote a post about this. In Microsoft's future, there is no reason for a studio to polish a game. We will get buggy unfinished releases as the consumer is removed from the buying process. You get the content in what form MS gives it to you. If Halo was going exclusively to Game Pass they would release it "as is".Netflix approach is like asking NASA scientists to share 95% of their salary with the rest of the population. Now it's a bit funny, gamepass feels like fitting a communist approach with devs, while PS5 is doing a capitalist approach with devs to some extent.
Hopefully it will sell well so I can offset some of the cost of my PS5/accessories/games!

Apparently people going the All Access route in the UK are getting their credit scores torn to shreds
Power your Nightmares
More people having their credit killed by All Access
Then just say you got it for Nephew, there are people that do shit like that, purposely. Its beyond fucking disgusting. Purposely buying up stock just to so they make a profit or reduce their own costs, while at the same robbing some real gamer of their purchase. I am not rich at all, i know what it is like to save for a year, only to see some fuck whit come on and pull shit like that
I might lean blue but i am a gamer first, and so should everyone on this forum be like that.
Nice to see that you bought your nephew a nice present.

Low barrier to entry = low qualityThat’s not going to happen.
Sony coasting on PS4 success instead of aggressively building on the back of it will be their undoing.
MS is making the third party landscape smaller for everybody, and they have an army of first party studios. I expect 2023 onwards to be mega years for Xbox. They have the studios, they have the money, they have a low barrier of entry, they have gamepass.
Here's a scenario I'd love that will not happen:
I'd love for Elder Scrolls 6, and possibly Starfield be available purchase only on Playstation 5. Microsoft makes money. These games available for purchase or through Gamepass on XSX. That way, The game is available everywhere, and MS gets their money.
I think that's smart business. I can think of so many reasons, and even comments that Spencer has said which would be an argument for this. It will not happen regardless.
