However, his lows are very low, yeah he can have his streaks and score, but it is his overall play which brings him down and makes me hate him at times. Scoring goals doesn't mean anything if you only show up every now often and the rest of the play away from the puck sucks. Speaking of which Franzen needs to be benched right now for his awful play lately and Z has sunk back into sucking as well and he was starting to pick it up too.

I'm not sure what's wrong with all of those posts. First I like Landeskog, he's played extremely well and a lot better than the lazy as shit other players on the avs who make big money (Stastny). Your rookie shouldn't be leading your team with scoring like that. The other was just making fun of Downie. The other was commenting on how since I started watching they are lazy and if they finally get the lead they stop playing like the game is over and get manhandled. I already said I've been watching/cheering because of my friend multiple times now. Pens will always be my team, cheering for my friend since we've been watching each other play more and their performance having zero impact on the penguins makes me cheer for them occasionally. Most are just commenting on the team though.

Talking about a team doesn't mean anything. Cheering for a team doesn't even have to mean anything. But repeatedly having emotional posts dictated by a team's success/failure ("ugh", "yessss", "5-0 win! ", etc.) effectively makes you a fan and I'm not sure what would distinguish you from anyone else here in how we root for our teams.

Anyway, as you were. Double the joy and all that. But my tribal instincts wouldn't allow me.
