Ugh I hate seeing goals like that. Detroit goalies should just fucking stay in the net, nothing good happens when they go out and try to act smooth with the puck.

Atleast Osgood could handle the puck worth a damn.

Detroit lucky to get out tied even on a weak Philly goal, they were out pressured very similarly to the last game against the Ducks. They better wake up, and wake up now if they want to win.

I didn't see us being pressured, but just like the last few games Detroit's playing 'just good enough'. Not doing anything more than what they need to do to stay in the game.

I remember earlier in our homestreak when we'd run over teams 5-0 in the 1st period and that was that. Now we just let everyone hang around until the shootout.

I would like us to be playing better than "just good enough" though.

Philly finds a way to lose. Really, you have nothing to worry about

I always worry...

Fucking Schenn... Wings not capitalizing on their chances. Can't believe Helm didn't score on that wrap around, how did that go through everyone without touching anyone?

Uh, Kunitz has 7 points in his last two games, Neal has 5, and Malkin has 7. 19 points between 3 players in 2 games. That's just gross.

Still a period to go too.

I'm with you on this one. It's just that gut feeling. You can just feel it by how the game is evolving. If the Wings lose, it's gonna be like 4-2 (empty net).
You can often see when a winning streak is about to end when the team is winning games they shouldn't really be winning. That's what we've been doing at home for a while. Getting lucky and winning shootouts and whatnot. The streak is either ending tonight or real soon, like next game.

edit: back in this one atleast. PAV!

Flyers will get 1 or 2 PP's in the third with Detroit getting zero, they have only had one so far with Detroit having 4 or something like that so far.
I hope you're right or else all I'm gonna hear tomorrow at work is how the Wings only took 1 penalty and that it's just NHL bias from my co-worker. We've been texting back and forth all game giving each other shit, but it's been fun.

Theyre all fair calls, too bad we have awaken your PP just like we did for the rangers.

I know, they have been pretty decent, but you know how the NHL is these days with so called, "make up calls", and that isn't to say Detroit doesn't get sloppy and does some stupid penalties.

LOL Milbury commenting on a Malkin highlight: 'Nobody's dominated the league like this, at least as far as I can remember, for this long of a stretch.'

Uh, ever hear of two guys named Gretzky and Lemieux?
