Camp Ananwanna, we hold you in our hearts...

Trevor Eyster, who played stereotype nerd, Sponge, now looks like a Central Florida meth dealer.

I'd take The Wild Thornberry's over As Told by Ginger.

I really love "The Wild Thornberrys" despite it's flaws, but I honestly feel like Ginger is the better written and more interesting show (Which is crazy considering Eliza's adventures tend to revolve around numerous exotic animals and her magical "universal translator" powers) after re-watching both of them all the way through as an adult.

Nah bruh, As told by Ginger was my guilty pleasure. I told my self I hated it but whenever I did watch it I enjoyed it. Wild Thornberry's goes in the pile, with shows like Cat Dog, Rocket Power etc... aka decent at the time but don't deserve to be in the same category as shows like Rugrats, or Hey Arnold.

I completely agree. Rugrats and Hey Arnold, especially are legendary. As Told By Ginger was pretty crappy though. My sisters would always watch it and we only had one TV. It was painful. There were no adventures or anything interesting. It was basically a show about ugly ass people and their ugly ass problems (and ugly ass voices). All Grown Up was a bit better but had nothing on Rugrats. Rugrats in Paris was the best thing ever.

LMAO, so this is how Florida man looks.

My buddy just text me about this. This is so dang awesome! I can not wait!

I just wanted to say Nick GAS or whatever it was called was the worst. If I recall was just regular sports, no cool stuff like guts.

Nick GAS showed Guts, Legends of the Hidden Temple, etc. I used to watch them.

Nick GAS showed Guts, Legends of the Hidden Temple, etc. I used to watch them.

Unsure now what the show was. There was one during that block that was just bad.
I loved the ones you mentioned though.

It's own channel? Like on cable TV?

Dead on arrival if that's true. Make it a subscription thing like Hulu...
Yes. I'd pay $8 a month for unlimited access to Nick's 90s catalog. But a TV channel? I don't have cable, neither do most of the people my age who don't live with their parents anymore. It would be stupid if it was just a cable network.

OH OH OH, What about Are You Afraid of the Dark? That was pretty entertaining.

I loved the Original Cast of All That and Kenan And Kel.

Also, for all you Pete and Pete fans.....so what's up with Artie? Like....is he really a super hero or......

Hey Arnold is still the best nick show for me though. That Christmas Episode with Mr. Huynh. and the episode with Helga with the Therapist..... man.

no love for space cases round these parts?? ....and you call yourselves 80s/90s kids!

nick arcade would be great to watch nowadays...as well as all the standards wild and crazy kids, nicktoons, salute, hey dude, etc etc.

catdog was in that weird grey zone when Nick started getting shitty. Goes with Wild Thornberrys and Rocket power.... they were okay.. but they were all second tier to the Nick golden age that had already faded

Some of the shows like Salute Your Shorts, What Would You Do?, Guts, or Legends of the Hidden Temple might be good for a nostalgia rewatch for like, one or two episodes, but are they really going to hold your attention for all that long? Not really.

you know what - i'd even be down for old school nick jr.

Eurekas Castle, Little Bear, David and the Gnome....would gladly sit my kid down to watch those over whatevers popular now ( though dino trucks is pretty brilliant)

OHHHHH

I was thinking that episode in Rocko where there was a cult that worshipped weiners. Hahaha. My bad

Did they ever sell rocko's modern life on dvd? I'd buy them if they were un-altered (didnt skip that weird episode with mrs bighead almost cheating with rocko) and cheaper than $30 each season.

Nick has pulled this shit so many times, and not since "The N" and "Nick GAS" has it been good.

The 90s are all that and Nicktoons were not what they should've been.

When we had it, the only thing it seemed to show was Guts, Global Guts, and Legends of the Hidden Temple. Of course, that's all my brother wanted to watch, so maybe he just planned his viewing around those times.
