One of my dreams is to be around to see that. Curious as to what they dropped that much money on. That's not a small amount of money at all. QoL tech or company is the likely option. We thought they'd have to be buying something or a company to handle that based on their size and what they currently do.

Off topic but how does one post the entire tweet like that?

Doesn't seem like it's a merger, more likely a strategic investment. Otherwise we probably would have seen it.

What's QoL?

Quality of Life.
“Moreover, by redefining entertainment as something that improves people’s QOL (Quality of Life) in enjoyable ways, Nintendo aims to deploy a new platform business that improves people’s QOL in enjoyable ways in a new field that is different from that of dedicated video game systems. The first theme will be health, and Nintendo plans to capitalize on being an entertainment company in devising a unique approach of its own.
We still don't have any concrete news as to what exactly this is.

>Comes in to speculate which company they bought
>Tech related

Damnit

Damnitdamnitdamnitdamnitdamnif

It's totally just gonna be some QOL nonsense

Why lord why

Maybe they bought all their remaining stock of Wii U's off themselves to artificially increase the install base number?

They certainly didn't spend it on patching same-sex relationships into Tomodachi Life

Is there any source on this besides a tweet? Like, the original text of the report or whatever from their financials? God I hate the twittersphere.
