Ah, got it. Thank you, both. I ended up getting 3 new badges with my three free plays, (in addition to the full set I won in the tutorial), so that's cool. And if I'm reading the title screen correctly, it looks like the "day" resets in about an hour's time.

This app is pretty neat. I was really into crane games as a kid (still am), so this scratches that itch. I'll stick with free plays though unless there's a theme I really want. It makes sense to do that anyway, since you're basically paying for the theme, and you get some chances to win some badges. Is this gonna be the makeshift OT for the game?

I was using my 3DS today and went to see if I could even get this and nope, Australia's out in the cold again. Can't even get the Nintendo money-sinks these days. Oh well, like Pokemon Shuffle and Rumble World I would probably put this down in 10min after the free aspect's fun is gone.

What about it that makes it gross? I like how it got the crane machine feel well. And the dialog makes the rabbit look like a poor salesman.

It's sleazy and the constant mentions of real money make it worse. And every time you launch the app he tries to sell you on a game. Like I get that it's intentionally gross, but that doesn't really change anything for me.

Free plays expire at the end of each day around 4am (at least in my territory).

Oh man, this is going to be a dangerous app for me. I can already feel it getting its hooks in me.

Got 20 badges with my 10 free tries and $2 spent, not too shabby. Got a few SMB 1 badges, a few A Link Between Worlds badges, and two entire Pixel Collection sets (the Game Boys and the Super Famicom),

Must resist and wait for free tries...
