Hopefully we get some release dates. Would love two know the Zelda 3DS and Zelda Wii U release dates.

Also maybe Mario 3D World too...

Before anyone gets too excited, it does say " We will share new details on previously announced games for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS launching this year!"...

Though I'm hoping for a few surprises.

I expect Wind Waker and Wii U Party dates for North America/PAL, Wii U party date for Japan, and full W101 blowout.

"Updates on Wii U / 3DS games launching this year" means there is a 80% chance we won't get any new game announcements.

But we will get some announcements regarding already announced games.

I say DK gets a date as well. I doubt they announce the date only 1 month in advance in the october direct

Keep in mind folks "Launching THIS YEAR" not 2014, so don't come out all disappointed when no bombs are dropped. Hope we get some new details on The Wonderful 101 though, I'm getting that game even though I don't have a Wii U as yet to support Platinum.

Yeah that could be.

I know one of the tweets says details on previously announced games, but simultaneous Direct's usually have some interesting things..

There's also the Japanese one. Each and every other WW Direct had some announcements of any sort. So, I feel we can expect something this time too.
