Which is fine by me but don't Nintendo need a steady stream of strong games? Can they afford to let Retro only release two or three games a generation?
I was thinking along the lines of Rare where they could compliment Nintendo's output but would probably need to expand.
Couldn't the same be said about Naughty Dog for example? They're over 250 people strong and released 4 games last generation. Retro has just over 100 and released two games in the same time span. It's just that good games take time. They could expand Retro but that might compromise the high Retro quality we know them for.
Wii U's steady stream of quality games is looking pretty good this second half of 2013. 2014 is still obviously a big question mark.
