Selling a HORI Real Arcade Pro EX (XBOX 360 version) for $120 + actual shipping.

Stick works great, I bought it from another GAFer a few months ago but I've probably spent about 2 hours total using it.

Also, I have a 24" iMac in perfect condition (2.4 C2D, 4 gigs of ram) I'm selling for $1150 + actual shipping.

Not enough lighting right now to take pictures, but will update post tomorrow. Local pickups in the So Cali area OK.

- Broken Xbox 360 Elite. It's a launch Elite, so it's about 2 years old. Apparently it has a video card issue as I can get sound but no picture. I just went ahead and purchased an Arcade unit so I figured I'd throw this up. So here is what the package will include:
* Black Xbox 360 unit
* Black wireless controller
* Power cord
* Standard AV cables
* Sega Superstars Tennis/XBLA Compilation game discs
* Original box
So if you're good with repairing the unit or feel like trying to get away with telling MS it's a 3 red ring problem, thus free warranty/repair, then you'll have a 360 for cheap. Or, you can pay the $100 repair fee and have the equivalent to an Arcade unit but black and for a good amount cheaper. Make an offer!

Gauging interest in my PS3 60Gb backwards compatability model (memory card readers, wifi, and 4 usb ports). It seems the laser will no longer read PS3 games, my short test with ps2 games was fine. I've looked up some tutorials on changing the laser and it runs about $70 for the part, but I'm a hardware noob and Sony wants $150. The system still runs media (psn games, music etc) off the hard drive fine, and network connections work great, just no PS3 blu rays. I have no idea on a fair price for this, so if you're interested let me know and I'm sure we can work something out.

The system does have the original box.

I also plan to do a little more testing on ps2 games and dvd's so I'll update interested parties accordingly.
