I grew up poor and barely got to play games growing up. I had an NES while people played SNES. When we got our PS1, I fell in love with the Crash demo. Months later Crash 2 was the first game I could buy for my PS1. It's a damn shame what happened to this amazing franchise. Please bring it back Sony.

I hope it's a totally new game, only sharing the characters from the originals. Frankly, once you remove the nostalgia goggles the first few Crash games do not hold up that well, and the later ones never were that great to begin with. Nowhere near Ratchet or Sly Cooper levels.

BUT it's a great property and I think with a bold new game (a reboot, if you will), it could do very well.

How bout Naughty Dog takes care of it.
They abandoned their child, they SHOULD PUT IT BACK ON ITS FEET after leaving him at the shelter to be picked up by Activision.

Anyway hopefully a new game gets made for the ps4. And hopefully it sells well and leads to a few sequels. I've just become a bit cynical after Sony has been killing off low/average selling, non AAA franchises left and right.

At least he'll be in all the ps4 party games.

Does he need to be as big as Sonic? Sonic is one of the biggest and most recognisable characters in gaming history. Crash may not be as big as Sonic, but he's still a well known character and the masses would eat up a Crash revival. He's big enough and the point is there would be a lot of interest in a new Crash game. Oh and by the way I guarantee you that if Sony did make a new good Crash game, it would sell better than any recent Sonic game.

yeah, well Sonic hasn't been in any good games lately...not since the genesis (or sega Cd)...whereas Crash game a generation later.
