Toronto wouldn't take that pretty boy bitch ass for free. If they even thought about it, the fans would revolt. He's already our #1 most hated player, and we haven't even played him yet. :lol

You hate now Shinobi but when he scores all those penalty kicks for Toronto you'll change your tune.

Search your feelings, you know it to be true!

What's this I hear about Traitor Barton being out 8 weeks?

holy shit, the curse of newcastle continues.

Papers make it sound like the Ljungberg deal is pretty much wrapped up, one even has quotes from Eggy so it seems like the real deal.

It's probably a good signing, Wenger has a knack for selling players that are past it before anyone else has realised. Still, if he's up for it we definitely could use his creative influences, and with Faubert crocked we desperately need someone to keep Bowyer out of the team.

Can you imagine Ljungberg, Dyer, Faubert & Boa Morte as our wide players? The only selection dilema there is who is least injured on match day.

Rumours persist about Shorey too, which is bizarre, obviously we still need a left back but the guy hasnt done anything to encourage our approaches and we've 'reportedly' been after him for months.

MLS action today

New England v Houston
RBNY v DC United

Columbus v Toronto
Kansas City v Colorado

Bolded games are definitely the highlights of the week. You have the top teams from the East and West going at it, plus two other contenders facing off.

The Chicaglol Fire take on Celtic with Blanco finally joining the squad. Can't wait to see him do something, ANYTHING, that'll make this team worth watching. Hell even if it's red cards I'll take it.

I missed last night's friendly, so anyone who did watch wanna fill me in on how Becks did?

First of all, I would like to say **** DC. We beat them in a well played game today by both sides. Surprisingly, Reyna didn't suck and neither did the backline. It was cool for Angel to give the supporters a wave as he watched the game in the stands due to a red card he picked up against New England.

The playoff hunt this fall is going to be insane. After all the games today the difference between 1st and 5th is 3 points in the East.

Btw, that Blanco goal was really nice. I hope he brings you guys some form of success since you guys really need it.

I didn't comment on the Blackburn game because I went into total communications shut down until I finished Harry Potter, which I now have.

A 2-0 away win, I'm happy. We weren't brilliant by any means, but taking two away goals back to Ewood Park basically assures our qualification, it would be a total disaster to go out after this.

What I'm more pleased about is the work out we got. You just can't compare friendlies to competitive games, even if your friendly is against Barcelona and your competitive game against the team who came 3rd last year in Lithuania. I know that game has made us as sharp as playing 3 friendlies, and with another one to come before the Premiership starts, I'm hoping it'll give us the edge over our opposition for the first 2 or 3 games.

I got the gold, bitches!

Offense is overrated. If you have an impenetrable defense it's impossible to lose a match!

hello. finally got some time to check out what's happened this past few days

so the Freddie to West Ham deal is done it seems. A bit of a shame, but all the best! I wonder who his replacement will be, Drenthe would be nice, but that's not gonna happen it seems.

It's been ****ing hot here since I got here, and I am constantly pissed. Got to love holidays.

pretty easy game for utd. We'll make 8 changes at half time to make it harder.

ps the pitch is shit

pps the ref is shit disallowed two perfectly good goals. The second one made no sense at all.

It must be annoying for cruise that his wife is taller than him. I'd hate to be with a women thats taller than me, it would just feel wierd.

And what the hell is will smith wearing? That looks so bad.

Anyway, its been a good game for United. The team is playing really well. We're playing some nice passing football. Rooney's goal was nice and its good to see nani score. He should have done a lot better with that header. I dont get why two goals were disallowed. I dont even think brown made contact with the goalie when he scored his goal.
