I fucking love this cartoon, one of the greatest ever. I basically have every episode memorized and I still enjoy watching it. After GT left the style and VA's changed and it went to shit.

GT is such a fucking genius, this and Samurai Jack are amazingly enjoyable and rewatchable without getting bored. Why did Samurai Jack get cancelled? And what happened to the feature film he was planning?

Its still being planned with Frederator Films.

I also recommend Star Wars: Clone Wars.

The only thing of his I didnt like was Powerpuff Girls. I'm indifferent towards it.

Jack and the Haunted House. Holy shit awesome

I loved the hell out of this show once upon a time. My favourite Monkey episode has to be the Predator homage.

Puppet pal clam, there is a spider in your bed. BONK!

The funniest moment of humor in the history of the world:

"Hey Puppet Pal Clem, there is a spider in your bed"
*Puppet Pal Clem sits up in his lower bunk bed and hits his head on the upper bed*
"BONK"

:lol

Fuck, Dexter was awesome.

:lol

Say omelette du fromage to anyone in this house and they'll laugh and say it's dexter. So amazing.

The episode where Dexter made a Robotic suit for Dodge ball was the best for me.
The power rangers (and maybe mecha anime?) parody was also hilarious.

Puppet Pal Mitch: Hey, Puppet Pal Klem! Where do people keep their money?
Puppet Pal Klem: Duh, don't know...
Puppet Pal Mitch: In the first national bonk.

Um...yeeeeeeeah. I was out of highschool when this show started. No wonder I'm always providing a contrary opinion to the GAF-consensus. I'm part of a community mostly made up of people literally from a different generation. It's like trying to espouse the virtues of disco in the mid-80s. All you youngn's need to listen to your elders!

disco and its derivatives were the best part of the 80s

I will never get this image out of mind, and it haunts me to this day.

There is one episode where I believe Dee Dee was driving some kind of car or something with Dexter tied to the back, and Dexter scrapes and drags his teeth into the concrete as the car is going and it makes a terrible noise and I still think about it. UGHHHH. I want to throw up just thinking about it.

Great show.

A friend actually has all the episodes taped. I watched season 1 and 2 a few months ago, when the style changed with 3 I stopped bothering. Not only the style but them changing the locations a lot more and stuff going around the house more made it stupid.

I love all the CN short cartoons. Ed Edd n Eddy was another favorite.
Hell yes, Ed Edd n Eddy kicks ass, so glad they're still airing that show over here :D.

Dexter too, so good. But where is the Johnny Bravo love, GAF? :(

I love the one where Dexter's dad has the muffin obsession, and he has that ridiculous hallucination where he's in muffin land, eating all the muffin people. And they're singing that song, "the muffin king has finally come, tra-la-la-la-la-la-la!" while he eats them. And he's got these bug eyes going on. It's really a perfectly constructed sequence.

Season 3 of Dexter, by the way, is not canon. None of the same people were involved; it was a brand cash-in.

That one Computress episode written by the little kid, might be my favorite non-Tom+Jerry short ever. "You are stuuuupid. You are stuuupid. And don't forget, you are stuuuupid." is such an awesome insult.

I really wish it was up somewhere so I could watch it.

The best episode was when Dexter got a rugged beard and was mistaken for Action Hank.
i got in trouble in school because i kept saying "I will brunch... You in the face" a teacher heard me say it and thought i was threatening a friend of mine. Most of my favorite episodes involved dad in some way. The sports episode, the muffin king one, the snowball one and the pool episodes are classic. Their father was insane

Spit my drink out. Fuck that was an awesome setup.

Man, not a day goes by where I don't miss the greatness that was cartoon cartoon fridays, before CN went to shit. That and Toonami :D

My favorite childhood show :D .

My favorite episode was when Dexter went to an old part of his laboratory and found all the stuff he invented as a kid but forgot about them as he grew older. Left such an impression on me.

EDIT:

I also remember fondly the episode where Deedee colored Dexter's hair blue to prove that blond's have more fun :lol

I remember the episode where their car broke down and the dad had to arm wrestle some trucker dude so dexter made a mechanical arm for him.

Goddamn, I loved that show.

The last great episode was the long one where Dexter goes to Japan.

Everything after that was mediocre.

And I don't think I'll ever get over how fucking awesome a name Val Halan is. That's just sweet :lol

I have never seen a full episode of this show, but it sounds to have been good! Can't wait till it comes out on DVD then!

I love the episode where dexter finds a dog and then invents something to give him human speech because he thinks the dog has found something wrong with his machine or whatever and all the dog says is: "Hey, it's a thing. There's a thing! It's a thing, look at the thing etc. etc."
